Robert Fowler & Marjorie Riddle, dating during Robert's 90 day rehabilitation leave after his return from Europe.
Robert & Marjorie married on October 21, 1945. Dr. Paul A. Fowler, his dad, is the man with dark hair on the top row, and also a WWI Veteran. Clara, his mother is in the dark dress standing behind Robert. The bulk of his POW letters were to and from his parents, and they saved everything that came to them. Marjorie's parents are G. Ralph and Leslie Riddle, on the top row, to the left of Dr. Fowler. The man standing on the 2nd row, partially obscured, is JB Terrell, Jr. JB flew the A-20 Havoc, or Boston Bomber for the British before Pearl Harbor, and then with the beginning of the US 8th AF, and later with the US 12th AF out of North Africa, and lastly he flew in B-24s with the US 15th AF.
